With a background that encompasses sales management, marketing, strategic market development, artist relations, and retail aspects of professional audio and MI, Parker’s experience makes him an ideal choice for his new position with the company. He is stationed at Royer’s corporate headquarters in Burbank and commenced work in January 2012.

Tuesday January 17, 2012 - John Rzeznik, singer, songwriter, and guitarist for the hit pop group the Goo Goo Dolls, will join Taylor's all-star lineup of artist performances at Taylor's NAMM showcase at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 21. Rzeznik joins an illustrious roster of Taylor-strumming artists that includes The Voice's Javier Colon, worship leader Israel Houghton, rising act The David Mayfield Parade, and more, to perform hits from the band's extensive discography on the Taylor guitars stage, located in room 213ABC.

New York City, October 21, AES 2011 — TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik of South Windsor, CT, is introducing at AES 2011 the new ELA M 260 TRI-MONO System, comprised of three matched ELA M 260 small diaphragm tube microphones, a custom M 963 TRI-MONO three-channel power supply, and adaptor spheres to emulate the omni effect of the original "Decca Tree" configuration introduced in the 1950s.
"First developed over 50 years ago, the 'Decca Tree' utilized three matched Neumann omnidirectional M50s," explained Jason Scheuner, TELEFUNKEN's artist liaison. "It is nearly impossible to find those mics today, and if you do, the price is extremely high. We have created this new TRI-MONO configuration using our own ELA M 260s plus two sets of adaptor spheres to emulate the original design, which accommodated small, medium, and large recording spaces."

South Windsor, CT, October, 2011— As part of its ongoing R&D efforts, TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik has recorded Massachusetts band The Brew and is offering the public a chance to mix the tracks and win valuable microphones from the TFunk locker.
"What I Want" was tracked by The Brew in TELEFUNKEN's research and recording studios, using a variety of the company's production and prototype mics. Individual instruments and vocals were captured using multiple microphones, providing countless tonal mix options. Contestants create their mix of the song "What I Want" using files provided by TELEFUNKEN and The Brew.
