Friday March 9, 2012 - It's not every day fans get to become part of one of the hottest tickets in country music. This summer, one person will have the opportunity to do just that as CMT and Taylor Guitars have launched a contest to design the official guitar for the Farmers Insurance Presents "The American Band Tour." In addition to the guitar being played by band members' onstage in cities across America, the winner will get a VIP experience to see the band live and receive his/her own autographed, custom-designed Taylor Guitar GS8 model. Fans will have additional opportunities to win Rascal Flatts' autographed GS Mini guitars at select concert dates, on CMT RADIO LIVE WITH CODY ALAN and on CMT.com, provided by Taylor Guitars. In total, CMT and Taylor Guitars will give away 15 guitars throughout the summer-long promotion.

New Changes Including Top 100 Dealer Awards Event and Public Day Inject New Energy Into Summer Industry Gathering
Nashville, Tenn., July 23, 2011—The National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) closed its 2011 Summer NAMM music products trade show today at the Nashville Convention Center, reporting 10,898 registrants over the three-day show, a 13 percent decrease from 2010.
The typically trade-only event also opened its doors to the public for “Wanna Play Music Day” today providing musicians and music buffs a rare opportunity to sneak a peak at the new instruments, music-making technologies, and pro audio and lighting equipment yet to hit retail stores. At show close, NAMM reported 1,133 public day attendees who infused the exhibit hall and meeting rooms with fresh energy on the final day of the show.

Annual Music Products Tradeshow Features Public Day on Saturday With Hands-On Music-Making Sessions for Music Enthusiasts
NASHVILLE, Tenn., July 21, 2011—The National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) opened its 2011 Summer NAMM music products trade show today at the Nashville Convention Center, welcoming more than 400 global music products manufacturers who will exhibit their newest products and latest innovations to retail buyers from all over the world today through Saturday.
More than 11,000 music products industry professionals from 30+ countries are expected to attend 2011 Summer NAMM to view the latest musical instruments and products from exhibiting companies.

Los Angeles - February 28, 2011 – “Music’s Biggest Night” was a triumph for users of Sennheiser microphones and personal monitors, who went into the 53rd annual Grammy Awards presentation at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on February 13, 2011 with a combined total of nearly sixty nominations. Sennheiser endorsee Lady Antebellum was the big winner, with the trio of country-pop musicians picking up five awards on a night that also featured vocal performances by over one dozen Sennheiser users and saw a variety of Sennheiser and Neumann microphones, including four new MK 4 large-diaphragm condensers, put to use capturing backline, orchestra and audience.
